It is an extraordinary commitment both time and financially to put together the makeup course, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, kit fees, full payments, and installment payments. The ONLY exception to this policy is if NOIR Beauty Lounge cancels the course in its entirety WITHOUT scheduling future dates in which you may transfer your tuition too.
