Vanessa
OWNER / DIRECTOR
Vanessa is the proud owner and Director of NOIR Beauty Lounge. Recognized by Makeup Artist Magazine, NOIR boasts a one-of-a-kind curriculum solely developed by Vanessa herself. In addition to being a pro card, nationally recognized makeup artist Vanessa is an accredited brow specialist and Anastasia Beverly Hills artist.
Travelling the world training and perfecting her technique which helps her to be the most cutting edge instructor to her students. She is passionate about each and every one of her students and their success within the industry is her highest priority.
Keeping her courses current, techniques fresh and kits stacked, Vanessa has partnered with the likes of Mac Cosmetics, Makeup Forever and Sugarlash Pro to do just that.
Expect to find more courses added regularly as Vanessa keeps Noir on the cutting edge of Beauty.
Sandy
MANAGING DIRECTOR / EDUCATOR
Sandy has been with NOIR for 7 years, Taking on the role of Education director in 2020. Sandy oversees all courses and educators while maintaining a full-time teaching schedule herself.
You will find her in the Makeup Artistry, Classic lash extensions, and Lash lamination classes. In addition to private one-on-one classes and workshops.
Sandy continues to proudly serve on the board of advisors for the National Association Of Lash Artists. A position that she has held for the last 5 years. Allowing her to be at ground level effecting change and helping to maintain the highest program standards. Recently NOIR has partnered with Sugar Lash Pro to offer a dual certification in both Classic & Volume lashes.
When Sandy is not in the studio you can find her working in the professional makeup artist world. Either with photographers or as your local Brand Rep for Anastasia Beverly Hills. For the last 5 years, she has been educating both staff and customers in
Sephora locations across Winnipeg.

Tiffany
Tiffany is a new member of the NCS Pro team, completing her certification in June 2018. Growing up in small-town Carman Manitoba, Tiffany found her passion for makeup at a young age. She decided to further her education and became a certified professional. Tiffany now works on set for marketing campaigns and shows off her skills in creative photoshoots. Tiffany specializes in natural glamour, as well as colour! She runs her very own successful business providing services in Makeup Artistry and Semi-Permanent Makeup.
Tiffany is an educator for: Henna Brow, Shaping and tinting, Brow Lamination and Makeup Artistry.

Genevieve
Genevieve started as a makeup artist, taking her first course in 2012, working mainly in bridal and boudoir makeup. In October of 2017, she decided to change her path and she took her first Lash Extension course with NOIR, and hasn’t looked back since. In 2018, she joined the NOIR family, renting a part time spot at the studio. She decided to upgrade her makeup skills, and embarked on the NOIR makeup course. Working in bridal makeup for over 3 years gave her an opportunity to refine her skills and build a successful artistry business. Through the years, Genevieve gained volume lash certification through Sugarlash and trained vigorously through Eyecandy Lash + Brow Academy. In 2022, Genevieve returned to the NOIR family with a pocketful of knowledge and experience, ready to help those who want to learn as a NOIR educator. Though makeup will always be her first love, lash extensions have captured her heart.
